• Application: Refers to the "Almushir" app, which offers paid legal consultations.
• Lawyer: The legal professional providing consultations through the application.
• Client: The user seeking legal advice from the lawyer via the application.
• Consultation: Any legal advice provided by the lawyer to the client through the application.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the "Almushir" application, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed here and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood them.

3. Nature of the Service

• "Almushir" provides a platform to connect clients with lawyers for paid legal consultations.
• The application does not assume responsibility for any legal outcomes or decisions made by the client based on the provided consultations.
• All consultations are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute a substitute for actual legal representation.

4. Lawyer Obligations

• The lawyer is committed to providing accurate and up-to-date legal advice based on the information available.
• The lawyer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the client and not to share it with any third party without the client's explicit consent.
• The lawyer must provide consultations within the agreed timeframe.

5. Client Obligations

• The client is required to provide accurate and complete information to the lawyer to ensure an effective consultation.
• The client acknowledges that using the application is at their own risk.
• The client agrees to pay the required fees for legal consultations as per the set rates.

6. Fees and Payment

• The fees for each consultation are determined in advance based on the type of consultation and session duration.
• Fees are payable through the payment methods available in the application.
• No refunds will be issued once a consultation is provided unless the lawyer fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The client can cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• If the lawyer is late or fails to attend the session, the client may request a refund of the paid fees.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The application is committed to protecting the privacy of clients' and lawyers' data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• All communications between the client and the lawyer within the application are encrypted to ensure confidentiality.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The application and its developers are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the application or the provided consultations.
• By using the application, the client accepts all risks associated with the legal consultations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
• In the event of any dispute between the lawyer and the client, it will be resolved amicably; if that is not possible, it will be referred to the competent judicial authorities.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The application reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the application.
